Somatic & Nervous System Work

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (When Clinically Appropriate)
A structured, carefully prepared process to facilitate expanded insight and emotional processing, with thoughtful integration.

The modalities we use depend on your goals and where you are in your process. The work evolves as you do.

Your Personalized Process May Include:

This is the foundation of our work. Integrative psychotherapy draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-focused treatment and many more to help identify and shift entrenched patterns. CBT helps us identify the thought patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck and provides practical tools to reshape them. In this work, we also explore how these patterns interact with early relational experiences and emotional responses, creating insight that goes beyond symptom management.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is offered when clinically appropriate to support deep emotional processing and expanded insight. Sessions are thoughtfully prepared, structured, and integrated to ensure safety and sustainability. This modality can be particularly supportive for individuals feeling stuck in long-standing patterns or resistant depressive states. I serve not only as a clinician but as a steady guide, helping you move through patterns that once felt immovable and toward meaningful, embodied transformation.

Breathwork & Somatic Integration

Breathwork and somatic practices help regulate the nervous system, release stored emotional tension, and deepen awareness of how emotional patterns live in the body. Emotional pain is not only cognitive, it is also carried in the body through the nervous system. By working with the body directly, these practices support emotional processing beyond insight alone, helping reduce overwhelm, increase regulation, and reconnect you with embodied awareness.
